Car history: |
Here are the details: 350/350 four speed, a/c white now originally dark green. Was repainted in 1982, but wrong type of primer was used. Paint is cracking in areas and flaking, too. There was no fiberglass damage when painted, except for the typical tiny cracks near the corners of the headlights. To my knowledge, the car is complete. It is registered and runs well, taken on drives during the weekends. It is only missing the ignition wire shroud. I believe it is the original engine. All the vacuum connections are in working order (if you know 1969 corvettes you know there is a LOT of vacuum lines). I think the a/c will work fine with just a recharge. I put it in storage for 22 years, and the a/c worked fine then. The car has always been very reliable and is mechanically sound, runs great, shifts like new, and is a blast to drive. May 20, 2010. |
